Portrait or Personal Image - Nancy de Flon

I started photographing seriously with a Nikon 6006 and Fuji Velvia. I went digital in 2005 and now shoot mostly with a Nikon D90, though I've recently discovered the fun of street shooting with a Canon Powershot G11 as well! My photography is about capturing the beauty or the drama of a place, whether via a mountain landscape or the delicacy of the inside of a flower. And I enjoy shooting lighthouses, bridges, some buildings and details and the occasional portrait.

I have taken courses with Jim Zuckerman, Rob Sheppard, William Neill, Kerry Drager, Ibarionex Perello, and other master photographers. I am also a member of the Ridgewood Camera Club and have received various awards and Honorable Mentions in Club Competitions.
